Strategic plans visually show how we measure future success
The start of March marked the launch of the 2023–2025 strategic planning cycle, where DSHS programs detail what our success measures and action plans are for the years ahead. These plans inform biennial budget requests.
“You play a direct role in these strategic plans, in the incredible accomplishments we’ve already achieved and the work we have in front of us,” wrote Secretary Jilma Meneses in an email to staff.
